Vizag braces to ring in New Year

Bright lights, tall hoardings and a festive cheer – the mood is upbeat in the city as people gear up to bid adieu to the year 2013 in different ways. While streets and hotels are all lit up with lights and colourful banners, some organisations are ushering in the New Year by involving the marginalised section of society.
